Mini U.S. Open

Playing golf is one of Matt's favorite things to do, but since having children, he doesn't often get out anymore. Luckily St. Louis Park was having a Mini U.S. Open for kids and their dads, so I signed them up! It was a mini 9 hole course for the kids to play while the daddies caddied. So cute! Matt and Bennett ventured out to the course and returned home about an hour and a half later. Emma and I had mom and daughter time at home while they had their dad and son time on the course. Upon their return, Matt reported that Bennett really liked it, but he got very tired toward the end. Golf is hard work! I think they might just go back again next year to see if Bennett can top this year's score. :)

All set in toddlers' golf gear

What form!

A great swing already at 3 years old...Dad is SO proud

All this golfing makes a boy thirsty

Look at that! Bennett came out on top. Check out the HUGE trophy! (No...he did not get to bring this home. It was there as a prop for the kids to hold for photos. Adorable.)
