Well, we've been very busy since my last post, hence the title of this posting! This is sort of a hodge-podge of different activities, so we hope you enjoy the pictures! Bennett had his first "shave" with Daddy, which was a big hit. Bennett and I headed to Nickelodeon Universe at the Mall of America on Tuesday and went on some of the kiddie rides, which Bennett thoroughly enjoyed. Lastly, we went to the Twins game last night; the game was very slow and the Twins lost, but it was rather entertaining to see a random guy just wander out onto the field and get tackled by security during one of the last few innings. I've never seen that happen in real life, just in the movies! Unfortunately that was the most exciting part of the game for most of us that were there. My parents joined us at the game and Bennett just wanted to see T.C., the Twins mascot, so he was good to go before the game even started since T.C. was out on the field riding a four-wheeler. Bennett was a great sport and made it until the end of the game and now we're heading to the fair tonight. I'll be posting fair pictures within the next few days, so stay tuned!"Shaving"

The "Wonder Pets Fly Boat," at Nickelodeon Universe, which terrified Bennett a bit (notice the joyful faces of the other kiddos on the ride, and Bennett's little scared face), but he said he wants to go on it again sometime (we'll see).

Riding solo in the caboose on a little train

"Driving" a big rig--keep your hands on the wheel!

The picture below shows the funniest part of the day for me; this ride is called "Blue's Skidoo," and it is very similar to the Dumbo ride at Disney. While you ride, you can go up or down by pressing and holding a button inside--yellow for down, red for up. Well, Bennett was down the entire time because he would press the yellow button for just a second, but not hold it. I was calling out to him, "Press the red button!" every time he came past me, and the woman operating the ride even gave special instructions TWICE with her microphone, but alas, Bennett just stayed near the ground while everyone else flew high and came back down low. Maybe next time he'll have a better handle on it. It was still his favorite ride of the day! I like this picture too because Bennett has a very puzzled look on his little face. What a sweetie!

Oh, can the Twins PLEASE pull it together and win this game?
